Please notice:
- Reduced rates for the Annual Support Service (prolongation rates) are for users
only who don't interrupt the support. So to get these rates you have to pay for the next subscription period in three months after
finishing of the previous one.
- If the support was interrupted for period more than one quarter to resume it the
recommencement rates are used.
- The subscription rates for multi-user software versions depend of number of users.
To get the rates for the 2-5 multi-user versions you have to multiply the single support rates by 1.5. The same coefficient
for the 6-10 multi-user versions is 2.
